LONG COURSE - 10:30 AM
- ~22k
- 500m Vertical Gain
- 4 Aid Stations
SHORT COURSE - 11:00 AM
- ~10k
- 220m Vertical Gain
- 2 Aid Stations
PARKING
There is ample street parking but please pay attention to not block driveways and observe the No Parking signs. Please do not park at the Gymnastics or Rugby Club.
Carpool if you can! Meet new friend, save gas!
BIB PICK UP
You are required to show a government-issued photo ID to get your race bib – No exceptions. Passport, driver’s licence, hunting licence, etc. all work!
Pick up your bib from the registration tent next to the track.
To ease congestion, bib pick up times are staggered.
- Long Course participants: 9:00am – 10:00am.
- Short Course participants: 9:45am – 10:30am.
- Kids Race: 9:00am – 10:00am.
AID STATIONS
There are two aid stations for the short course and four for the long course. We’ll have water, Gatorade and our usual spread of fruit, snacks, chips etc.
Our events are cupless! Please bring something to drink from! (or purchase a cup from the Frontrunners merch tent!)
FINISH LINE
Hang out with this awesome community at the finish line. Enjoy some post-race fuel served by our wonderful volunteers, plus stay until the end to be in with the chance of winning a draw prize from our sponsors!
