We’re back in 2025 at Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC with the best way to open the season. Fast, flowy and beautiful single track that is sure to impress even the seasoned trail runners. PARKING

There is ample parking in the adjacent dirt track. See this Google Map for the exact location. We will have parking volunteers to assist you, please follow their directions.

Please carpool if you can! You can meet new friends and also reduce your carbon footprint.

BIB PICK UP

You are required to show a government-issued photo ID to get your race bib – No exceptions. Passport, driver’s licence, hunting licence, etc. all work!

Pick up your bib from the registration tent in the field.

To ease congestion, bib pick up times are staggered.

Long Course participants: 9:00am – 10:00am.
Short Course participants: 9:45am – 10:30am.
Kids Race: 9:00am – 10:00am.

AID STATIONS

There is one aid station for the long course at the 7.5km mark and no aid stations for the short course. We’ll have water, Gatorade and some small snacks!

Our events are cupless! Please bring something to drink from! (or purchase a cup from the Frontrunners merch tent!)

FINISH LINE FUN

Join us to enjoy some post-race food, cheer on runners, and stay until the end when we’ll be drawing names from our finisher list to win sweet prizes from our sponsors!
